I am an engineering education leader with experience spanning program design, curriculum innovation, and system-level academic leadership. My work focuses on strengthening engineering programs through evidence-based collaborative leadership, and a commitment to inclusive and student-centred education.

Associate Professor of Teaching (tenured)

2022 – Present

  • Designed and delivered core biomedical and inclusive design courses (ENGR 401, ENGR 407, ENGR 450)
  • Integrated experiential, competition-based learning into multiple courses, resulting in student awards and external funding

  • Led redesign and relaunch of the Master of Design (MDES) program
  • Oversaw teaching assignments, TA allocation, and curriculum coordination across programs
  • Led curriculum optimization initiatives, reducing reliance on sessional instructors and improving program sustainability
